On December the 20th 2010 Coventry's brand new radio station, Radio Plus, burst onto the airwaves on 101.5 FM. The opening song was Awake and Alive by Skillet and featured Coventry born Jen Ledger, drummer and backing vocalist for the band.
Welcome also to this new blog, aimed taking a look at some of the stories affecting the radio and media industry. Also on the right hand side you will find the UK Radio Media Player, where you can listen to your favourite radio stations. More will be added over the coming months.
